Lions target buffalo for their meal today, especially young buffaloes that are cared for by their mothers.
The lions started the attack, it split into action, tricked its mother into a corner and started attacking the young buffalo because it was easier to take down.

The mother buffalo was cornered by the lions and was separated from the cubs, very angry, it started to get mad and used its horns to bang on the lion’s door to break the encirclement and then rush to save her cubs.

Seeing this, the lion cubs were afraid of their mother’s anger, so they ran away and scattered.
